For disable windows auto update problem just follow my all rule carefully. In this post i will provide full disable windows tutorial with fully explaination.
Rule 1. First of all just Go control panel<Windows Update then will appear windows updates just sidebar visible some option click on Change setting and select never check for update(Not recommanded).
Rule 2. Now go to Control panel and click on Administrative Tools then will appear some option front of you on your pc just double click on service option. After click on service option will open new tabs after that just find in this Windows Update option.
Rule 3. After then point mouse curser on windows update and click right mouse button or press proprties.
Rule 4. After then will visible new windows you will see Startup type ----------
Just select Disabled option and save it.
